The AM Coordination Services Detune Kit is easy to adapt into a Universal Repair Kit.

Existing brackets are maintained as long as they are in acceptable condition.

Stainless Steel wire, along with new stainless hardware, is attached to the existing brackets.

Normally any existing turnbuckles, insulators or springs will be removed and replaced with the combination insulator/ turnbuckle.

The repair kit will offer the same advantages as the detuning skirt package.  There is no large wire loop around the tower.  This eliminates the obstruction in front of the climbing pegs which makes it difficult for tower climbers to access the tower.

The stainless wire is virtually indestructible and will not rust or corrode or even break.  The wire weighs less than five pounds per 100 feet is very east in replace existing wire.

Each repair kit is adapted specially for the skirt it is being used to repair.  The kit is adapted to the existing brackets,

Typically, the kit is sold with one day installation supervision and adjustment to minimize re-radiation to radio station it is to protect. 

Post-construction field strength measurements if necessary, can usually be provided at no addional cost after the adjustment of the detuning apparatus.
